How it works

  1. Wear your tag

    Every member gets a LifeTap tag (wristband, card, sticker or keyring) with a short code and a QR/NFC link.

  2. A bystander taps it

    Anyone who finds you in an emergency taps or scans the tag, or types the code into WhatsApp. No app needed.

  3. Help is on the way

    Our WhatsApp assistant asks a few quick questions, shares first-aid steps, and sends the nearest partner ambulance.
